Task management

Please note! Follow up tasks in a timely manner and make agreements with your colleagues about this. Your Research is not responsible for this.

In the tasks management overview, an overview of tasks within the study is provided. Tasks shown in the overview are:

1. CRF: These are study team tasks.
2. PRO: These are tasks for the participant.
3. Event: These are important events that need to be followed up.

The overview automatically filters on "Open and Pending" tasks. The following statuses are supported:

1. Planned: The task is scheduled and set to be carried out.
2. Open: The task has started and is currently in progress.
3. Pending: The task is temporarily paused and awaiting further action or information.
4. Completed: The task has been successfully finished and all required steps are completed.
5. Expired: The task was not completed within the set timeframe and is now expired.
6. ForcedClosed: The task has been forcibly closed due to external factors, such as regulations or operational risks.

Per column it is possible to filter by means of. Once a filter is active, the color of the box above the column changes.

The columns shown in the overview below serve as examples. These can be customized for each study.
