In the participant's record, you can send a password reset link to the participant. After clicking the password reset button (outlined in red below), the participant will receive an email at the address linked to their account. The email contains a link.
If you can't see the button, it means your account doesn't have the necessary permissions. To gain access to this feature, please contact the administrator of Your Research within your organization.
After the participant clicks this link, an internet browser will open, and the participant will have the opportunity to reset their password.
