Participant management

Please note! You may not see all the data or have access to all functionalities. This depends on your role and permissions set by the administrator of your organization. If you miss essential data, please contact the administrator.

  

The participants overview displays information based on your role and rights. The overview below is an example; the possibilities that can be shown in this overview are listed below the screenshot. Additionally, by double-clicking on a row, the participant file can be opened.




The following columns can be shown:

  • Participant:
    1. ID – generation of ID:
      • Automatic
      • Manual
      • External source (API)
    2. Status -> more about participant statuses, and click here.
    3. First name
    4. Last name
    5. Gender
    6. Email
    7. Telephone number
    8. Group
    9. Date of birth
  • Site
    1. Address
    2. Zip code
    3. City
    4. Country
    5. Email
    6. Telephone number
    7. Website
    8. Status (active or inactive)
  • Staff member
    1. First name
    2. Surname
    3. Email
    4. Telephone number
    5. Role
    6. Status (active or inactive)
    7. Contact details of location/organization or individual
  • Start date - the date that is displayed may be based on:
    1. Based on registration
    2. Start program
    3. Date entered by participant upon registration
  • End date – end of program
  • Go directly to events for this participant
  • Go directly to the tasks for this participant
  • Chat opening the chat with a participant (only visible when that chat module is active)


In addition to the above standard columns, it is possible to capture additional columns based on additional data that is recorded. To do this, please contact the administrator of Your Research within your organization.
