Please note! Follow up tasks in a timely manner and make agreements with your colleagues about this. Your Research is not responsible for this.

On the right side of your screen, you'll see the Icon for Tasks .  These tasks are for you as an individual researcher or studyteam.

The red dot indicates that there are one or more open tasks.

By clicking on this, an overview of all Tasks within the program appears.  A task can be linked to you as an individual and/or you and your colleagues.

  • Planned: Tasks with this status, have a start date in the future.  This status is not used within VASCO now, now tasks with a start date in the future have the status 'Open'.
  • Open: Tasks with an "Open" status are tasks that are active and visible to the user and not yet completed.  Please note,  tasks with start date in the future also have this status, but are not visible to the participant. The task is only visible from the moment the start date is reached.
  • Pending: When a questionnaire has been saved , but has not yet been fully completed, it has the status 'Pending'.
