Researcher task / activities

On the right side of your screen, you'll see the Icon for Tasks .  These tasks are for you as an individual researcher or studyteam.


The red dot indicates that there are one or more open tasks.


By clicking on this, an overview of all Tasks within the program appears.  A task can be linked to you as an individual and/or you and your colleagues.

 

  • Planned: Tasks with this status, have a start date in the future.  This status is not used within VASCO now, now tasks with a start date in the future have the status 'Open'.
  • Open: Tasks with an "Open" status are tasks that are active and visible to the user and not yet completed.  Please note,  tasks with start date in the future also have this status, but are not visible to the participant. The task is only visible from the moment the start date is reached.
  • Pending: When a questionnaire has been saved , but has not yet been fully completed, it has the status 'Pending'.
  • Completed: Tasks with the status 'Closed' have been fully (successfully) completed.
  • Expired: When a task has not been fully completed at the time the finish date is reached (status is Open or Pending) then the status is set to 'Expired', the task has expired.

 

Per column it is possible to filter by means of. Once a filter is active, the color of the box above the column changes.
