Home Screen Portal
After choosing the program, you will be taken to the overview below. In general, this screen consists of four parts.
- Main navigation:
- Search, choose study and researcher profile settings
- Main overview
- Study population functions
1. Main navigation
On the left you will find the main navigation menu. In the overview below, the icons are explained, with a reference to the description of the specific functionality.
Population overview: all patients/participants enrolled in the program | ||
Staff & organizations: all users and organizations involved in the implementation of the program | ||
Studio: the settings for the program can be viewed, set up and changed here. See separate manual Your Research Studio | ||
Notifications: Notifications that are linked to you as an individual | ||
FAQ and support system: access to submitted tickets and FAQ | ||
Reports: An overview of predefined reports. |
2. Search, choose study and researcher profile settings
This menu consists of two main parts:
- Search function within the portal that allows you to search for participants, researchers and studysites by:
- First and last name
- Study ID
- Email address
- Phone
- Profile settings:
- Study of which you see the data. You can also clear study here.
- Language setting of Your Research Portal. Please note! The content of studies is not automatically translated unless the study is published in several languages
- You can log out via this button. In case of inactivity of 30 minutes, you will be automatically logged out.
- This button allows you to change your personal profile settings including:
- Name, address and contact details
- Method of authentication during login
- The days on which you do or do not want to receive notifications
3. Main overview
In this overview information is shown associated with the chosen menu item in the main navigation.
4. Study population functions
After clicking on an icon, a fly-in menu appears. In the overview below, the icons are explained, with a reference to the description of the specific functionality. If a red dot is shown next to an icon, then there is an unread item.
Contact | An overview of all incoming contact requests within the app | |
Chats | An overview of all chats you have with participants and/or colleagues within the study | |
Events | An overview with important reports within the study generated on the basis of rules that are set up per study | |
Tasks | An overview of tasks that need to be carried out by you and/or the study team | |
Agenda | An overview of all appointments within the study | |
News | News shared by the study team with participants and/or sites |
