The File Management functionality is designed to allow users to upload files to a group, which can be downloaded and managed in terms of versions. For example, the Site Selection Plan, the outcome of the pre-selection list, kick-off meeting agenda, and meeting notes. Users can easily track changes made to a document and download the latest version.

For the File Management functionality, these are the key features:

  • File Upload: Users can upload files to a group by selecting a file and providing a name, description, type, version, and any other relevant information.
  • File Download: Users can download documents from a group by selecting the document and downloading the latest version.
  • File Versioning: The system will manage document versions based on document type, version, and users can view a history of changes made to a document.
  • File Search: Users can search for documents based on name, description, type, and any other relevant information.
  • File Permission Management: Users can control access to documents by assigning permissions to team members.
  • File Auditing: All changes made to documents, including upload, download, and versioning, will be audited to maintain a history of changes.
