In the inbox are interactions with and around the participant saved an directly visible for the studyteam in chronological order. When a  red dot is shown next to an icon, then there is an unread item.


It is possible to filter in the inbox when you click on the relevant icon, filter the overview by the activities belonging to the icon. 



An overview of all contact moments incoming and outgoing with the participant.


A report about the individual participant based on rules that are set up for each study.


Actions to be carried out by the participant and/or the study team. The assets always relate to the individual. 


Scheduled appointments with the participant.


News shared by the study team to the participant. 


Chats that have occurred  with the participant


Please note! In the inbox , one or more filters may be active, so that not all available information is shown.

Please note! The above functionalities may be disabled to you and/or your study team. If you want to use a functionality, please contact the administrator within your organization.


All contact moments with the participant are recorded under communication. These include:

  • Notes
  • Mails
  • Push notifcations
  • SMS
  • In-app

Via the Events icon the red ball  you can see will indicate if there are one or more open Events. By clicking on it, the overview to the right of the icon filters on the Events that have arisen.



You can handle an event by clicking on it. This opens a detail screen with:

  • Information about the origin of the event
  • Handling of event by:
    1. Adjust status to 'pending' or 'new';
    2. Indication of reason for change event.

Via the Tasks icon in combination with a red dot  you can see that there are one or more open tasks. By clicking on it, the overview to the right of the icon filters on the Tasks that are available with the information below:



You can view or handle a task by clicking on it.

By clicking  on the Appointments icon  you can see in the right overview which appointments have been recorded. The agreements show the following information by default:



By clicking on the appointment it is possible to see what information is shared with the participant.


Via the Chat icon in combination with a red dot  you can see that there are one or more open chats. By clicking on it you can start a chat and also view the history. Within the chat it is possible to share other files in addition to text messages.
