Activation link expired / password forgotten

In this article, we provide instructions on what to do when an account activation link has expired or when someone has forgotten their password.


Step 1


Go to https://portal.yourresearch.com . Click on "forgot your password" and enter your account 



Step 2


Enter the email address on which you received the "confirm registration" email, then click 'reset'. An email will be sent containing a unique code to reset your account. Please note! Do NOT close your browser and proceed to your email.


Copy the code from your email, paste it in, and then click 'next'.


Step 3


Set your password following the instructions displayed. These will appear as soon as you start typing. Then click on 'confirm'.



Step 4


Enter your email address and the password you just created, and then click on 'log in'.



Step 5


Enter the verification code that you received either via email or on your mobile phone number.


You are now logged in.
