Staff overview, add and edit

Please note! It is possible that you do not see all data and /or have options to add / change data. This depends on your role and permissions set by the administrator of your organization. If you miss essential data, please contact the administrator. 


The staff overview is shown based on your role and rights and here you can see staff member who participate in the study. If you miss essential data, please contact the administrator. The following data can be registered:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email 
  • Telephone number
  • Study site 
  • Role
  • Status (invited, active or stopped)
  • Has access to all sites (this will give an account access to all participant in the study across multiple sites)
  • Show supervisor contact details

 

Data can be edited by clicking on the pencil . A staff member can be removed by clicking on the trash can.  The status of the staff member then changes to 'stopped'.


In addition to the above standard columns, it is possible to capture additional columns based on additional data that is recorded. To do this, please contact the administrator of Your Research within your organization.

 

Add staff / researcher

Via the button  you can manually add a staff member.  The following data must at least be recorded:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Telephone number
  • Study site (one or more)
  • Supervisor (optional)
  • Roles (see article to set up roles and rights)
    1. Principal investigator
    2. Chief investigator
    3. Local researcher
    4. Monitor
    5. <extending is possible via the studio>
  • Section (optional)

 

Another option to add staff member to Your Research Portal is via the 'Staff import'' function in Your Research Studio. Please contact your administrator.



Find a staff member

  • Search via the searchbar at the top of the screen. This bar searches only for the following information:
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Email
  • Per column it is possible  to filter.  Once a filter is active, the color of the box above the column changes.
