Assign & Delete (bulkactions)

Assign Program, country, or contact person to the organization, and/or delete assigned program, country, or contact person from organization.

Assign

To assign an organization to programs, country, or contact persons, a user with permission to assign an organization, can select an organization and choose, via the bulk actions button, an action to be performed. For example, assign a Program to an organization. When selecting the option a new window pops up and shows all the programs that are connected to the logged-in user but are not yet connected to the selected organization. After selecting a program and pressing save, the organization is added to the program. To assign an organization to a country, the user can choose the assign country option from the bulk actions. Again a new window pops up which shows all the countries that are connected to the same program as the logged-in user but are not yet connected to the selected organization. After selecting a country and pressing save, the organization is added to the country which is directly visible in the grid.

Delete

To delete, for example, a program from an organization, the user can choose the Delete assigned program option from the bulk actions. Again a new window pops up which shows all the assigned programs. After selecting a program and pressing save, the organization is deleted from the program. If you want to delete an organization from a country for example, the user can choose the delete assigned country option from the bulk actions. The new window shows all the assigned countries. After selecting a country and pressing save, the country is deleted from the organization which is directly visible in the grid.

The process for using the 'assign' and 'delete assign' options for other categories follows the same steps as those demonstrated for 'program' and 'countries'.
