Add:
To add a new contact person to the system, a user with permission to add a contact person, can press the "Add" button on the contact person part. On the new window that appears, the user provides basic details such as title, first name, last name, gender, default email, default phone number, and any additional specific information required for the contact person. The user can set an invitation status to send an email invitation to the contact person, who must accept the invitation before being added to the system. Optionally, it is possible to send a notification based on a template to the new contact person. After pressing the save button, the contact person has been added to the system and can be viewed in the grid. Selecting the eye icon in the contact person grid of the specific contact person opens a new window with the entered details.
Edit:
Users with permission to edit a contact person can click on the pencil icon, the user can modify the title, first name, last name, gender, default email, default phone number, and any additional specific information required for the contact person. When viewing it again, the new details of the contact person are visible. Via the audits tab, the changes that are made to the contact person are visible.
Delete:
Users with permission to delete a contact person can select a contact person and can use the "Delete contact person" action that's available after pressing the "Bulk actions" button at the top of the contact person grid. After selecting the delete option, the system prompts for confirmation. When the user confirms the deletion, the system removes the personal identifiable information (PII) data of the contact person, ensuring data privacy. The system sets the end date for the contact person, indicating that it is no longer active or usable. 6. The contact person is marked as inactive but remains in the system for historical reference and data integrity purposes.
